- Phone all potential buyers with details of listing
- Hold open houses, if desired
- Arrange showings for other agents
- Contact you regularly with verbal progress reports
- Periodically promote home through mailing campaign
- Review marketing activities with owner
- Provide national exposure with our fully-staffed
- Relocation Department, which is linked to PHH Home Equity (the largest relocation network in the United States)
- Canvas centers of influence to locate prospects
- Monitor listing & sales activities to maintain competitive position in the marketplace
- Follow-up on each showing to obtain prospects’ reactions
- Perform a reverse prospect search & mail a copy of flyer to agents who have a prospect saved in the computer
- Advertise home in the Homes Illustrated Magazme
- Perform Marketing/Price Review after 45 days
- Represent your best interests at all times and in all negotiations
- My personal assistant and I will always be available to you with personal mobile phones, voice mails, faxes & pagers
- Pre-qualify potential buyers
- Present and discuss all offers on property with owner
- Negotiate the transaction with other agent
- Finalize the sales contract
- Confirm that all contingencies on sales contract are completed
- Monitor closely all lender and escrow activities to ensure a successful closing
- Finalize the closing
